Laser Service
SvenTech has several different annual service agreements from which you can choose. From a set number of preventative maintenance visits per year, to a fully comprehensive service agreement that covers all labor, travel, parts (including tubes), and telephone consultations. SvenTech can design a service agreement especially for you and your budget.

in-house support staff will allow these industrial laser repair
technicians to understand your laser maintenance needs and arrive on-site with the ability to repair, maintain and certify that your industrial laser system is operating at its optimum performance level.

A laser's output will gradually decrease over time. Consider a laser service agreement to protect your investment and keep your laser in optimum condition.
Laser Maintenance
Lasers need periodical maintenance. Yearly calibration and alignment should be a minimum requirement. Some states even require this. SvenTech also sells pre-owned laser systems.
The Medical laser repair technicians, otherwise known as field service engineers, that are employed by SvenTech have been through extensive training at the SvenTech home office before they are allowed to travel to your site to repair your medical laser. Our laser technicians all have a basic knowledge in medical and industrial electronics before we send them for optical and laser training. Then and only then will we allow them to perform preventative maintenance on a medical laser system.
Our medical laser technicians, or field service engineers, will arrive at your site at a time mutually agreed upon by your staff and our scheduling department. Our Laser technicians are expected to make their intentions known to you and your staff to better acquaint you with your laser system. SvenTech Laser technicians all agree that the optimum performance of your laser and the safety of you, your staff, and your patients is of the utmost importance to our business.
